Kaweco Ink Cartridges

Ordered some cartridges for my beloved Kaweco fountain pen. All the usual good things, dispatched promptly, arrived quickly etc, but also received a kindly email from a staff member informing me one pack of cartridges had damaged packaging so I would be refunded for that one (I would not have objected to paying for it!) And when the package arrived it was elegantly presented and with a handwritten note. Small details, signs of excellence, made me smile, I shared a photo of the box with my sister who'd originally gifted me the pen. Wish these guys every success.
