What can I say about this legendary pencil? “Half the pressure, twice the speed”. How can one possibly get excited about a pencil?… until you use it. Effortless writing with little pressure leaves your mark and a well designed and charming replaceable eraser built in to the end is there should you need it. It’s great that I can buy individual pencils rather than a whole box as unfortunately I am not a sketch artist but yet can still appreciate their deserved status. Full recommendation.

I love this notebook. Its really cute and stylish.

I encountered a Blackwing 602 at my piano teacher's house, and couldn't believe how legible her corrections to my score were, compared with my own faint scrawls. I immediately ordered some for myself, and found they have made a huge difference to my life! Hasty pencil scrawls to remind me of this or that, to do draft crosswords and make notes to muscial scores have become so much easier to write and to read. My drawing has improved as well. I love these pencils.
